Germany selects September 24 new Bundestag

berlin - Germany is on 24 September to the polls for the Bundestag elections. The government rallied Wednesday behind a proposal by Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière.

Formally decides German President Joachim Gauck about the election, but the expectation is that he will take over the proposal of De Maizière.
