More than thirty people were injured in a collision between two buses in Saarbrücken, Germany. Among the injured are young children, possibly in kindergarten age. The accident occurred around 09:10 near a shopping center in a suburb of the capital of the southwestern state of Saarland. The cause of the accident is not yet known.

Mayor Uwe Conradt of Saarbrücken visited the site of the accident along with the Minister of the Interior of the state, Reinhold Jost. "My thoughts are with the injured and their families," he said in a statement after his visit. "I wish everyone a speedy and full recovery."
