KATHMANDU - In Nepal, several people who survived the devastating earthquake in April, deceased yet. The cause is the winter cold, against which their emergency shelter are found to be resistant.
In one village in the worst affected regions Sindhupalchok are at least seven people in the past week have died from the cold, Nepalese media report. There are also many sick.
