AS Roma in Talks to Secure Permanent Deal for Jadon Sancho
AS Roma is reportedly in discussions with Manchester United to sign Jadon Sancho on a permanent basis, as sources reveal.
Jadon Sancho's Situation
United has instructed Sancho to seek a new club after spending 18 months on loan at Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea, being excluded from the summer tour squad.
The 25-year-old forward is training separately and has not been assigned a squad number for the upcoming season.
Roma's Offer
Roma has approached United with an offer to negotiate a permanent transfer for approximately £20 million, with interest in Aston Villa's Leon Bailey as well.
Sancho, with a year remaining on his contract at Old Trafford, last played competitively for United in August 2023, attracting interest from Juventus and Besiktas.
United's Transfer Plans
United is looking to offload several players before the deadline, including Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia, who have also been training separately.
