kiev - Ukraine has developed a modern Sting drone to counter the Russian 'killer drones' that have been causing devastation in Ukrainian cities. Will this low-cost drone be a game-changer in the war?

Ukraine has unveiled a new Sting drone to combat the Russian Shahed-136 drones, also known as 'killer drones', that have been causing chaos in Ukrainian cities for the past two years. The modern Sting drone can fly up to 3000 meters high, is controlled using virtual reality goggles, and can reach speeds of over 160 kilometers per hour. This new weapon is designed to detect, track, and eliminate the Russian 'killer drones' that have been a significant threat.

Wild Hornets, the Ukrainian defense company behind the drone, neither confirmed nor denied the reports about the new drone, adding a mysterious silence emoji to their response. The cost of the new weapon has not been disclosed, but sources suggest that it is significantly cheaper than the Russian Shahed drones.

Geopolitical analyst Alex Krijger mentioned that while these drones are necessary in the ongoing conflict, no single weapon system will determine the outcome of the war. He emphasized the importance of continuous support from the West to Ukraine in terms of arms supply to counter Russia's production capacity.

President Zelenski's recent victory plan for Ukraine includes the increased use of unmanned armed projectiles and rockets. He also expressed the need for battles to be fought on Russian territory to make the Russian population aware of the realities of war and to direct their anger towards the Kremlin.
