In a tragic accident in South Korea, a highway bridge under construction collapsed, leading to the loss of 3 workers' lives and injuring 5 others. The incident took place near Cheonan city, approximately 80 kilometers south of Seoul.

The bridge, part of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway, collapsed after 5 supporting beams, each 50 meters high, gave way. At the time of the incident, 8 workers were trapped under the collapsed bridge. Rescue and medical teams were dispatched to the scene for search and rescue operations.

Following investigations, it was determined that 3 workers lost their lives, and 5 were injured. An inquiry has been initiated to determine the exact cause of the accident.
