Coffee Company sued to George Clooney lookalike

- An Israeli company has been sued by Nespresso because it has hired an actor who looks suspiciously like Hollywood actor George Clooney.

Nestle, the company behind Nespresso, is not pleased with the advertising. Espresso Club would be guilty of misrepresentation and distortion and Nestlé therefore demanding compensation of 50 000 dollars. Also commercials with George lookalike may no longer be broadcast.

The director of the Israeli think Nespresso coffee business does not stand a chance. 'In the advertising world, it is quite normal to take the competitor on the heel.'
