Attacks Damascus and Homs: dozens dead

damascus - Terrorist attacks in the Syrian cities of Damascus and Homs Sunday have claimed dozens of lives. In Homs were most killed when two car bombs exploded. Both Syrian state media as observers of the opposition made mention of the bloody violence.

Terror Group IS has claimed responsibility for the attacks in both cities.

In Homs came 57 people dead, reported the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. This organization is run by a Syrian who follows the war from the UK through an extensive network of local contacts. State television reported a death toll of 32.

In the capital Damascus, a car bomb exploded in a predominantly Shiite neighborhood. Then, two suicide bombers blew themselves up. In total therefore fell thirty deaths, reported both the Syrian television as the Observatory. The same part of the capital was the end of January suffered a similar attack.
