ukraine - The diary of a young North Korean soldier who was killed in combat against Ukraine has revealed a shocking tactic of instructing soldiers to kill themselves on the battlefield.

Latest News - While fighting against Ukraine, two North Korean soldiers were captured by the Ukrainian army in Kursk region of Russia last week, according to reports. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared images of the captured soldiers on social media, along with photos of Russian passports found on the soldiers, one born in 2005 and the other in 1999.

The Ukrainian Security Service stated that the wounded soldiers, who did not speak Ukrainian, English, or Russian, had their statements taken in collaboration with the South Korean intelligence service. One of the soldiers mentioned that he thought he was going to Russia for training, not to fight against Ukraine.

President Zelensky announced that Russia will hand over the Korean prisoners to Kim Jong Un in exchange for Russian war prisoners held by Russia. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also released the notes of a North Korean soldier who died in combat, expressing love for Kim Jong Un and longing to return to his homeland, along with a detailed description of a war tactic used on the battlefield.

In a rough drawing on a notebook page, the soldier was illustrated luring an unmanned aerial vehicle out of hiding, while two others lay in wait to shoot it down. The hand-written note, translated by The Wall Street Journal, detailed how the soldier should stand six yards away from the drone and the precise shot needed to neutralize it.

Military observers and Ukrainian commanders claim that North Korean soldiers, not trained in modern warfare, are being used as 'bait' by Russia. According to reports, Russia sends large groups without armored or artillery support to test Ukraine's defense, followed by smaller units composed of Russian special forces.

Intelligence reports suggest that about 11,000 North Korean soldiers were deployed to Kursk following an operation last year. President Zelensky claimed that around 4,000 North Korean soldiers have been killed or wounded since last month, with U.S. officials stating that over 1,000 Pyongyang soldiers died in the last week of December. South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) reported at least 300 North Korean soldiers killed and around 2,700 wounded in Ukraine.

According to the South Korean Intelligence Service, North Korea has ordered its soldiers to kill themselves to avoid capture by the Ukrainian army, as they lack knowledge of modern warfare tactics and have died due to 'useless' actions.
