11 kill by attack on prison Congo

kinshasa - An unknown combat unit stormed a prison in Beni, northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo on Sunday. As a result, eleven deaths have fallen, 930 prisoners escaped. That has revealed the governor of the province of North Kivu.
He told the attackers to use heavy weapons. Among the dead are eight guards. Several militias are active in the area around Beni.
