Twelve dead in minibus

- A head-on collision between a minibus and a truck on the night of Thursday to Friday claimed twelve lives in France. The victims were Portuguese, reported regional daily La Montagne. They were from Switzerland en route home. The accident happened between Montbeugny Moulins, in the Auvergne.

All the victims were in the minibus. The two Italian occupants of the truck and the driver of the van survived the accident. The Italians have told the police that the minibus suddenly swerved to the linkerweghelft and there was no time to swerve.
