- Everton has proposed a loan deal for Jack Grealish from Manchester City, who prefer a permanent transfer. Grealish, valued at £100m, has attracted interest from multiple clubs this summer.

Everton's Proposal for Jack Grealish

Everton has initiated talks with Manchester City to secure Jack Grealish on a season-long loan, while City leans towards a permanent deal for the player.

Grealish's Current Situation

Jack Grealish, who joined Manchester City in 2021 for £100m, has two years left on his contract and has been made available for transfer this season.

The 29-year-old was left out of Pep Guardiola's squad for the FIFA Club World Cup and has been on the periphery of the team for the past two years.

Interest from Other Clubs

Although Everton is the first to formally approach for Grealish, other Premier League and European clubs have also shown interest in the player since the start of the transfer window.
