athens - The flow of refugees from Turkey to Greece dries steadily for some time, but now there is a day no migrants arrived on one of the islands. The staff of the emergency service for asylum seekers in Athens made known that if known between Saturday and Sunday morning, nobody has ventured the crossing.

This past week there were a total of more 332 people. That was a substantial reduction in comparison with the recent past. In February, reported daily over two thousand refugees and migrants in Greece in March, which declined to nine hundred, and in April there were according to rescuers only 122 per 24 hours.

Since 20 March, the European Union sends people illegally entered Greece by appointment back to Turkey. In return, Turkish residents may soon travel without visas to Europe. The conditions is still so much to do that it is questionable whether it can take effect in late June.
