ZoMerlot does not seem too much on Sum-merlot

utrecht - The wine ZoMerlot of Chateau de la Garde- known for wine maker and television personality Ilja Gort- may remain in the shelves. Wine importer LFE from Maartensdijk, Summer Merlot's inventor, had challenged ZoMerlot's creators because he found out the name of both red wines too much.

However, the judge judges that there is no likelihood of confusion. According to the court in Utrecht, both indications contain a description of a summer merlot wine.

ZoMerlot is available this summer in the supermarket. Sum merlot was registered as a brand at the end of last year, but the wine has not yet been bottled.
