Women stabbed in shopping Japan
- Japanese police on Tuesday arrested a man who had attacked women in a shopping mall in Kushiro on the northern island of Hokkaido with a knife. Four women were injured, one of whom died, the police reported to the Japanese broadcaster NHK.
The man of about thirty years, was overpowered by a security guard after his deed. Police are investigating the history of the man and his motive.
The deceased woman was in the seventies. One of the attacked women was a shop assistant.
