Wandelt has been an internet sensation since February 2023 when she claimed to be Madeleine McCann on Instagram.
Wandelt, who believes she is Madeleine, stated that she recently underwent a DNA test linking her to the McCanns. Her representative confirmed the arrest, stating that they are trying to understand the situation.
