Weather Ebola case in Sierra Leone

freetown - Sierra Leone has established a second case of Ebola since the country in November was declared Ebola free. The infection with the virus was diagnosed in a 38-year-old woman. She is family and caregiver of a 22-year-old woman who died on 12 January. It was later determined that this was at a Ebola infection succumbed.

Authorities had 109 people who had contact with the deceased woman, isolated to prevent spreading. The Government of Sierra Leone on Saturday called on the population not to panic by the quarantine of the group.
