Vibrator with space technology
berlin - Julia Ryssel from Dresden always wanted to start a business. Only in which branch did the 30-year-old German not yet know. Until she came into contact with aerospace technology during her studies. She has now incorporated them into a vibrator.
'I wanted to introduce intelligent technology into everyday business', says the engineer in the newspaper Die Welt. 'So why not use it as a drive in a sex toy?'
She had noticed that the disadvantage of existing devices is the loud sound. 'The vibration motors reach a level of 40 to 50 decibels', explains Ryssel. That is about as hard as a shaver and not exactly sexy in bed.
So-called intelligent materials, which are also used in the room with the solar panel of the Rosetta room probe, make electric motors redundant but still provide a pulsating movement. According to the engineer, the prototype of the 'space vibrator' in tests by women was well assessed. The newspaper article does not tell you how much the device will cost.
