'Versailles' stops because of too much sex

london - The Canal Plus series Versailles will not be followed because viewers in France and England complain about too many sex scenes.

The French company has announced that it will stop the series, says The Sun.

According to the newspaper, the English public was 'quite enthusiastic' about the many pornographic scenes in the beginning. But apparently they have had enough of it, because at the end of season two, only a million people now looked for each part. Also in France, where they are a little more accustomed, the audience figures plummeted.
