amsterdam (dft) - Whistleblower Stephanie Gibaud thought of revelations about abuses at the Swiss merchant bank UBS to keep millions of tip money. While UBS may incur billions of penalties in a tax fraud case, around € 4000 remains for Gibaud.
The former employee of the French part of UBS Group now claims € 3.5 million from the government after revelations about abuses. Gibaud was fired himself. Since she has resigned, she claims she has been unable to find work in her old profession.
