UN Syria want substantial consultation

geneva - The warring parties in Syria must prepare for a firm agenda for the next round of peace talks. That UN envoy Staffan de Mistura said Tuesday. He wants each party contributes substantially and proactively participating in the consultation that goes on Thursday.

The conversations are about four issues: governance, constitutional reforms, elections and anti-terrorism measures. The expectation is that the conference in Geneva certainly lasts until April.

De Mistura had on Tuesday also announced that all parties were at the previous consultations, now reconnect. The UN envoy has held talks in Riyadh and goes to Moscow and Ankara for consultations.
