amsterdam - The United Nations is making the alarm, because the fight against terror in West Africa is being put in jeopardy due to lack of money. Half of the money promised for a Sahel force to tackle terror has not arrived. This offers Islamic State opportunities in particular, which is already partly 'moving' to West Africa.
