UN Secretary-General's deputy, Rosemary DiCarlo, visited Nicosia to discuss the upcoming Cyprus summit. KKTC President Ersin Tatar confirmed that the informal summit will take place on March 17-18 in Geneva, with the participation of Turkey, Greece, and the UK. Tatar emphasized the importance of '3-D' freedoms for starting formal negotiations within the UN framework. These freedoms include direct flights, direct contacts, and direct trade from KKTC.
