World January 31, 2017 10:06

geneva - The United Nations has resumed food drops in the Syrian Deir al-Zor. The UN World Food Programme (WFP) announced Tuesday.

The droppings were discontinued in mid-January because of heavy fighting in the city in the east of the country. Fighters from Islamic State (IS) were within the zone where the stuff came down.

Since April, the UN gears 177 times food and other stock over the place dropped. In the besieged city by IS are approximately 110 000 people fixed.
