The suspects are 27-year-old Artem Radchenko and 26-year-old Oleksandr Jeremenko. They both come from the Ukrainian capital Kiev. The charges were made public on Tuesday. They are suspected, among other things, of investment fraud. As far as we know, Radchenko and Jeremenko have not yet been arrested.
