san francisco - Uber CEO Travis Kala Nick comes seeking help to become a better leader. He gives according to Bloomberg news agency in an email to staff of the company, after a video of a conversation Kala Nick with the 37 year old Uber driver Fawzi Kamel by the latter was passed on to Bloomberg.

Kamel and Kala Nick get it in the video, which was recorded in early February, to stick on fares Uber. The driver said that he, because those prices have been reduced greatly, is bankrupt. Kala Nick finally gets irritated. '' Some people want to take responsibility for their own problems. Uber lately is otherwise quite under fire. Earlier this week the company made yet known director Amit Singhal Uber Technologies go, after it was revealed that ran an investigation into him by his former employer Google because of sexual harassment. Thursday strained Waymo, a sister company of Google working on self-driving car, a lawsuit against the taxi service about theft of corporate data. The US company accuses rival Uber addition of patent infringement and unfair competition. A few days before this became known, accused former programmer Susan Fowler in a blog her boss that they wanted sex with her and Uber ignored her complaints about. '' What Fowler describes is terrible and goes against everything that Uber stands for and believe in, '' CEO Kala Nick then wrote in a comment.
