- Two Ukrainian citizens who were imprisoned in Russia, have been released and on the way home. That said Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Tuesday in Kiev.

The exchange of prisoners, such as Kiev called it, comes after the release of the Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko from a Russian prison in May. That was the result of an exchange of prisoners. It was seen as a humanitarian gesture from the Kremlin a few weeks before the European Union would decide on the extension of sanctions against Russia for supporting separatist rebels in Ukraine.

At last it's two released prisoners to Yuri Solosjenko and Hennadi Afanasjev.
