Turkey consults with Syrian opposition

istanbul - The Turkish Foreign Ministry is in talks Friday with members of the Syrian opposition. The consultations took place in Ankara, sources left out by the Ministry. Later this month a planned peace talks backed by the United Nations.
High Negotiating Committee, the umbrella organization of various opposition groups, was at the concert site. In January, Russia, Turkey and Iran for consultations with the Syrian government and rebels in the Kazakh capital Astana. Following that consultation, the parties agreed that the three countries the ceasefire in force since December 30, keep a close watch.
Meanwhile, Turkey Friday air attacks on targets of Islamic State in Syria. The town of al-Bab, which is IS, was attacked in hand and according to the Turkish army were 47 IS fighters 'neutralized'. Buildings, shelters and weapons depots were destroyed.
