ankara - Turkey has called the US ambassador in that country. The reason was the treatment received by Turkish security officers last week during an official visit to the US, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported Monday.
The ministry said to the diplomat to protest against the 'aggressive and unprofessional' action of US order guards against the security team of Minister Mevlüt Çavusoglu (Foreign Affairs). The department also asks the US for clarification.
The US earlier expressed their 'worries' about the appearance of Turkish security officers. That occurred after a visit to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan broke out at the office of the Turkish ambassador in Washington.

The Turkish security officers went outside the building on the fist with protesters. Turkey then blamed demonstrators. They would have links with the Kurdish PKK movement. Washington's police chief spoke of a 'brutal attack' on peaceful protesters.
