Trump receives Moon May 22 in White House

washington - US President Donald Trump will receive the South Korean President Moon Jae-in at the White House in Washington on May 22nd. The two heads of government will then talk about the upcoming summit between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, the White House has said.

A place and date for the meeting with the North Korean leader has already been established, Trump said earlier in the day. The details will be announced shortly. The American president previously indicated that the conversation with Kim is likely to take place in May or June.

The two Korean had a historic meeting on 27 April in the border town of Panmunjom on the border between North and South Korea.
