Trump denounces 'ridiculous' nuclear deal with Iran

washington - US President Donald Trump once again strongly criticized the nuclear deal with Iran. He called the agreement 'insane' and 'ridiculous.' Trump made that statement during the visit of his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, who wants to prevent Trump from withdrawing from the nuclear agreement with Tehran.

Iran promised in 2015 after negotiations with world powers to reduce its own nuclear program in exchange for the withdrawal of international sanctions. Trump has a lot of criticism of the agreement, for example because no agreements have been made about the Iranian missile program or the Iranian involvement in conflicts in countries such as Yemen and Syria.

The American president also warned Tehran of the consequences of the decision to resume the nuclear program. 'Then they will have bigger problems than ever before,' he announced.
