washington - US President Donald Trump declared the state of emergency for the American Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the state of Florida in connection with Hurricane Irma.

This means that federal funds are free to help the public and the authorities. Irma is expected to reach the Virgin Islands on Wednesdays (local time) and will then go along Puerto Rico to Florida. Windshields of almost 300 kilometers per hour are measured in the hurricane of the heaviest category.
