Social media footage shows a large group of criminals casually looting the items from the train wagons for an hour. When the police arrived to intervene, the looters fled.

Ultimately, the police were able to arrest six men and recover some of the stolen goods. The remaining looters managed to escape.

Union Pacific, the railway company, stated that the train was waiting for clearance to switch to a partner company's track.
