Traffic jams at border controls (3)

- The intensive checks at the border between Belgium and the Netherlands on Tuesday led to long queues. That report the ANWB and the Traffic Information Service (VID).

After the attacks in Brussels checks on the highways between Antwerp and Bergen op Zoom (A4), between Antwerp and Breda (A16) and tightened between Brussels and Geleen (A76).

From Belgium was waiting on the A4 to Bergen op Zoom around 19. 00 pm almost an hour and traffic jams on the E314 between Brussels and Heerlen even a half hour. There was around that time 15 kilometers traffic jam.
