Top Belgium to funeral in Spa killed agent

verviers - The funeral of the policeman who was shot dead in Spa (Liège), is attended by many prominent politicians. These include Prime Minister Charles Michel, the Ministers of the Interior and Justice, the Governor of the Province of Liège and the President of the Chamber of Representatives.

Inspector Amaury Delrez died last weekend after the shooting in Spa. The Belgian police arrested a Dutch suspect on Sunday morning. Two companions of the man, including a brother, were arrested on Monday in the Netherlands.

The funeral of Delrez takes place Thursday in a church in Theux. A large screen is placed outside the building so that everyone can follow the ceremony.
