Three killed by fire in Germany Viersen

- A fire in a house in the German town of Viersen, across the border near Venlo, are Wednesday three people died. According to German media is about an elderly couple of 78 and 76 years and a 88 year old woman.
The fire was discovered around seven o'clock Wednesday morning. A neighbor who works as a volunteer in the fire, tried unsuccessfully to rescue residents. Firefighters found the deceased couple on the ground floor. Later, the body of the elderly woman was discovered on the completely burnt attic.
The house burned, for the most part. The cause of the fire is not known.
