Thousands of peaceful protest marches in Caracas

caracas - Tens of thousands of people joined Saturday in a peaceful protest march in the Venezuelan capital, Caracas. Many were partially or completely dressed in white. With the march they brought a tribute to the dead that fell during the demonstrations of recent weeks.

The violent riots took place in the night of thursday on friday. In Caracas, twelve people were killed, of whom eleven in the La Valle neighborhood. A number of people were electrocuted there in plundering a bakery.
