'This document can cost Ronaldo the head'

According to journalist Christoph Winterbach of Der Spiegel, who first published the story about the rape, the magazine, thanks to whistleblowers' website Football Leaks, has countless documents from various sources, on which they based their story and which have been checked to the worst. One of those documents could make Ronaldo fatal, writes Der Spiegel on Monday.

It concerns a questionnaire that circulated between the many lawyers who dealt with the case in 2009, after the first contact of Kathryn Mayorga's lawyer with Ronaldo's lawyer. A list with a hundred questions was sent to Ronaldo and his brother-in-law and nephew. There are several versions of it. The questions remain more or less the same, but the answers are not.

In a December 2009 version, Ronaldo- named in the document under the name Mr. X- talking about sex with mutual consent and he indicates that there was no indication that the woman- referred to as Ms. C.- would not want to have sex or felt bad about it after that time. But in an earlier version of September he gives other answers. Here is the answer from Mr. X on the question if Ms. C. ever raised her voice, screamed or cried: 'She said 'no' and 'stop' several times. '
