Details of the Incidents
The attacks included fires at a house and a car previously owned by Starmer, who currently resides at 10 Downing Street, while renting out another property. The two other suspects are Romanian Stanislav Carpiuc and Ukrainian Roman Lavrynovych, all residing in the UK. Authorities do not rule out the possibility of additional accomplices.
