'Tens of thousands of children Yemen starved'

sanaa - Many tens of thousands of young children have died in recent years in Yemen from the effects of severe malnutrition. This is the conclusion of the children's rights organization Save the Children, who has to make great efforts to get aid goods in the right place in the conflict-torn country.

Yemen has been in the grip of a bloody civil war for years. An international coalition headed by Saudi Arabia and local allies are fighting against Houthi insurgents.
