World May 12, 2017 11:24

- Overnight talks in the global telecom sector have brought KPN Friday more than 3% price gain.

Telecom companies Softbank and Sprint seek the acquisition of T-Mobile, part of Deutsche Telekom. That reported Bloomberg on Friday based on conversations with sources at the exploratory conversations.

At the same time, in Germany it was known that the mobile provider United Internet sector partner took over. This creates a mobile provider with twelve million subscribers and also the fourth provider in market value.

This is seen as one of the last consolidation teams in the European telecom market. KPN sold in 2014 is its E-Plus component.

The share of Drillisch won 11% in Frankfurt, Deutsche Telekom increased 3%. The vendor is a price fighter, which reduces market share of Vodafone and Telefonica Deutschland.
