Teenagers suspected of arson Germany

prum - Two teenagers from the Netherlands are suspected of having set fire during a holiday in Germany. Six city buses went up in flames. That happened at a bus depot near the campsite where the eighteen-year-old boys stood with their parents. A caravan was badly damaged. The damage amounts to 150,000 euros.

The boys were interrogated by the police and released afterwards. In the meantime they are probably back in the Netherlands. The investigation into the fire is still ongoing. It is not clear whether they are being prosecuted.

The fire happened on the night of 2 to 3 August in Prüm, a village in the Eifel, not far from the border with Belgium.
