Syrian Military Operations Commander Ahmed al-Dalati, in an interview with the Rudaw news site based in northern Iraq, stated that any suggestion regarding federalism or decentralization is a red line for Syria's unity and stability, and will be rejected by the new government.

Dalati emphasized, "We will not allow federalism or decentralized governance. This is a red line for all Syrians." He pointed out that the terrorist organization PKK/YPG is linked to 'foreign powers' and said, "We told them: Cut your ties with foreign powers and abandon calls for an independent Kurdish state."

Meanwhile, in the US, the Biden Administration is preparing to ease restrictions on humanitarian aid to Syria. This move aims to expedite the delivery of essential humanitarian supplies.
