Syrian refugees landed in Hanover

hannover - The exchange of Syrian war refugees as a result of the agreement between the EU and Turkey has started. At the Hanover airport came Monday, the first two aircraft from Istanbul with six families who were selected by the aid organization of the United Nations UNHCR urgency.

It involves a total of 32 women, men and children. They are brought by bus to a refugee camp near Göttingen. Cities and towns in Lower Saxony will then take care of the Syrian families.
