Syria UN envoy: horrific attack

brussels - The air attack with chemical weapons in the Syrian province of Idlib is horrible. The UN Security Council will meet and go find out who is responsible for it. That said, the UN special envoy Staffan de Mistura Tuesday at an international conference on Syria in Brussels.

The attack would have required around sixty lives. Although the Syrian government denies using chemical weapons, France argues that the regime of President Assad is behind.

According to EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, co-organizer of the summit is 'impunity is not an option. 'On top come Wednesday ministers from some seventy countries and numerous international organizations together. Even UN chief António Guterres is present. 'We must continue to work for peace and the future of Syria,' said Mogherini.
