lagos - In the Nigerian city of Lagos Saturday 45 alleged members of terrorist group Boko Haram arrested. The authorities said they planned an attack on a business district in the commercial port city of Lagos.
The suspects were preparing for an attack on the Dolphin Estate, which include luxury homes and hotels are located. It would be the first time that the Islamist movement would carry out an attack in Lagos.
Boko Haram is fighting for the establishment of a caliphate in Nigeria. The movement tends mainly attacks in the northeastern province of Borno and the Nigerian capital Abuja.
