Survey: pro-Catalonia parties on profit

According to the survey held between 30 October and 3 November, the pro-independence parties ERC, PDECat and CUP will win the 66 to 69 seats in the 135-seat regional parliament.

Spanish Prime Minister Rajoy wrote new elections for December 21 and dismissed the regional government after the Catalan parliament had expressed its independence. The governance of the region had previously taken place in the improvised independence report of 1 October. Madrid saw that vote as illegal and did not acknowledge the outcome.
