brussels (anp) - Nord Stream II, the controversial Gazprom gas pipeline from Russia to Germany, can be constructed, but under certain conditions.
Ambassadors from the EU countries agreed on Friday in Brussels to a Franco-German compromise on the European rules that should apply to management.
