Suicide attack during church service in Pakistan

quetta - Due to a suicide attack on a Protestant church in Pakistani Quetta, at least eight people were killed and more than forty wounded on Sunday. According to the local authorities four offenders were involved in the attack, but only one terrorist managed to reach the entrance of the church and blew himself up.

Another was shot by the police, two others are still wanted.

The church is normally visited by about 250 churchgoers on a Sunday according to the local police, but this week there were at least four hundred because the Christmas party is approaching.
