Substantially more Mexicans arrested at border Canada

ottawa - Canadian border guards have detained since the beginning of the year more Mexican immigrants than in the whole of 2016. This is shown by the Canadian broadcaster CBC from new government figures.

Border guards have between January and March 9 fixed put 444 Mexicans, compared to 410 Mexican migrants in 2016.

The Canadian government decided late last year that Mexican citizens now have no longer need a visa to visit the country. Yet they may be detained at the border, such as their identity is unclear whether they may pose a hazard.

Mexicans who want to attract seek refuge in North America, according to CBC consider increasingly to Canada. The United States would be a less attractive destination because President Donald Trump stands for a hard line facing illegal immigrants.
